These Terms govern your use of the SPS Swimming Pool facility and the SPS Swimming digital portal operated by Sai Public School Samiti.

Eligibility & membership

• Members must complete registration, submit accurate details, and agree to pool safety rules.
• Minors must register under a parent/guardian who accepts these terms on their behalf.
• Membership and QR passes are personal and non-transferable. Misuse may lead to cancellation without refund.

Conduct & safety

• Members must shower before entering the pool and follow the coach/lifeguard's instructions at all times.
• The management is not liable for personal valuables left unattended.
• Entry may be denied for medical, hygiene, or behavioural reasons at the management's discretion.

Payments

Subscription fees are payable in advance via cash, UPI, or online (Razorpay). All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Changes

We may update timings, batches, plans, fees, or these Terms with reasonable prior notice.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kashipur (U.S. Nagar), Uttarakhand have exclusive jurisdiction.
