Member details: name, date of birth, gender, parent/guardian name, address.
Contact details: mobile number, email, emergency contact.
Health declarations relevant to swimming participation.
Photographs and face images used for ID cards and gate verification.
Payment metadata (transaction id, method) — full card/UPI details are handled solely by Razorpay and never stored by us.
Attendance, batch, and subscription history.

How we use the information

To register members, generate QR passes, and verify entry at the pool.
To process subscriptions, payments, and receipts.
To send essential service communication (WhatsApp/SMS/email) about bookings, renewals, and safety updates.
To comply with legal, audit, and safety obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share limited data only with payment processors (Razorpay), communication providers (WhatsApp Business API providers), and infrastructure providers (Supabase) strictly to deliver the service.

Data retention

We retain member and payment records for as long as required for operational, statutory, and audit purposes.
