Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for memberships and online payments made to Sai Public School Samiti for the SPS Swimming Pool.

Cancellation

• Members may request cancellation of an active subscription by writing to spskashipur@gmail.com or visiting the pool reception.
• Cancellation requests are reviewed within 3 working days.

Refunds

• Subscriptions are generally non-refundable once activated.
• For duplicate or failed online payments where the amount was debited but the subscription was not activated, a full refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days of verification.
• In exceptional cases (medical reasons supported by a doctor's certificate, prolonged pool closure not due to the member, or administrative error), a pro-rata refund may be approved at the management's discretion.
• Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect in 5–10 working days.

Non-refundable items

• One-time registration / ID card / face capture fees.
• Sessions already attended.

Email spskashipur@gmail.com with your registered name, mobile number, payment transaction id, and reason. You may also call 7534010169 or 7534010191.
